The Program Details
The next Brand & Deliver program begins January 9, 2019. I encourage you to buy early because spots are limited.
Over the course of 5 weeks, you will work through 11 modules of the Brand & Deliver curriculum designed to empower you with the tools to get clear. Each module includes one video 3 - 8 minutes long and a corresponding workbook that includes insightful journaling prompts, activities to provide essential clarity and the framework to develop your very own a brand book. The workbooks have distinct intentions. Carve out between 30 - 90 minutes to complete each workbook.
This process is both an individual and group experience. Along with the 11 video modules plus workbooks, you will be a part of 5 group calls strategically designed to elevate your success in this program through collaborative learning. A group Facebook page will be available to all participants to encourage sharing and connection throughout the duration of the program and beyond.

MODULE 1: WHAT IS BRANDING?

You are a brand wherever you go. What you wear, how you speak, the choices you make all create the brand of you. Extending that into a business takes work and understanding how you influence people with your brand. Brands cannot expect to stand out in a noisy market if they are not crystal clear with their message. A brand is communicated through your values, your intention, what moves you, who you serve, what you do and how you do it.

Delivery of your brand is where the rubber hits the road. It is essential to integrate your brand into your delivery. This is the fulfillment of your promise.
Consider that branding is less about what you say about your business and more about what your clients and audience say about your business. You will learn how you are actually showing up in the world for others—valuable feedback that will give you an edge to recreate who you want to be in the world.
MODULE 2: WHO ARE YOU?
All of the moments you've lived have created the fabric of who you are—the failures, the successes, the relationships, the big moments and the small. Often, moments from your past become a major impetus in creating something in your present. Moments that mattered most are the ones that fuel your desires.
These stories, compiled together, create your authentic resume. This resume is what people are drawn to; it's why you're so passionate. Get clear on your defining moments and create a powerful story for you and your business that inspires people to take action.
MODULE 3: WHAT'S YOUR VISION?
Great leaders can articulate a vision in a way that leaves people inspired and empowered to take action. It requires getting clear about why you do what you do so that you can effortlessly share that vision with others.
You have a paintbrush and a blank canvas representing the future. In this module, you will do the work to define want you want to have happen for yourself and for your business—your legacy in the world.
MODULE 4: KNOW YOUR GOALS
Goal-setting is a powerful way to stay on track. It gives you and your business direction and boosts motivation. However, when goals get over complicated, we have a tendency to avoid doing them. We often choose the “easy” work, like responding to emails, as a way to feel productive instead of doing what we need to do to get to where we want to be.
There is huge value in setting goals as part of your business and brand development. Discover a simpler way to set powerful and inspiring goals that will result in big leaps forward.
MODULE 5: KNOW YOUR VALUES
Values are things you believe are important in the way you live and work. They are like a compass, helping to guide your decisions. When things seem like they are going well, you are most likely living and working in alignment with your values. When things seem wrong or hard, as if you’re trying to run through molasses, you are probably veering slightly off course.
Choosing to base your decisions on your values rather than on your preferences will make decisions clearer and will leave you with a sense of ease day-to-day. They are also what will attract your team and your customers. Recognize the importance of a values-based brand and identify your personal values to discover how they underpin your brand.
MODULE 6: WHAT DO YOU DO?
Clarity is so important when sharing what you do with others. Often, when we are asked this question, we don’t even answer it. Instead, we talk about our vision statement—the result of what we are doing.
It’s time to upgrade how you talk about yourself. Get clear on what you do.
MODULE 7: WHO DO YOU SERVE?
A target audience is a particular group of people who you serve through your products and services. No business can serve everyone, and choosing a niche market enables small businesses to compete with larger ones. When you are clear about who you serve, you can communicate with your target audience in a way that will leave them feeling understood and connected to who you are and what you do.
When you serve the people you set out to serve, you will experience a sense of fulfillment. Describe your ideal client and their “pain points”—why they come to you to purchase a product or service, in other words, the problem you solve for them.
MODULE 8: WHAT’S YOUR WHY?
It’s time to tap into your natural instincts. Why do you do what you do? The ability to clearly articulate your why will attract your ideal customers and your tribe—the people who work for you and with you. As Simon Sinek says, "People don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it."
Your why gives you purpose and gets you out of bed in the morning. Identify the core reason(s) behind the work you’ve chosen to do. Declare your why and weave this thread throughout your life and your business.
MODULE 9: WHAT RESULTS ARE YOU CREATING?
You are always making an impact on others. Your product may have solved a problem for one of your customers leaving them feeling satisfied and grateful. Or your recent newsletter may have inspired someone to start something today that they had been putting off forever. These experiences tell the story of your brand. It’s time to use them in a way that inspires others.
Tell your story through the words of your biggest champions. Your brand isn’t what you say it is, it’s what others say it is. Learn how to strategically use the words of your tribe to tell the story of your business.
MODULE 10: DO YOU ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS?
Clear communication is a powerful tool to master in both life and business. When your communication is clear, you will inspire confidence and trust in others—the backbone of any business. By asking the right questions, gain insight, clarity, and discoveries that will lead to new possibilities and opportunities.
Hone your speaking and listening skills. Discover the six key questions that will help you develop your brand statement—a statement that communicates who you are in the world.
MODULE 11: READY TO STEP OUT?
All the work you’ve completed up to this point is a culmination of what you need to put yourself out there with energy and clarity. Stay true to what you do and why you do it. Remember, your unique offering is needed in this world.
It’s time to get over yourself and get out there. Simplicity works. Determine what you need to add in or remove to show up with more clarity.
These modules will be available to you as an ongoing resource so that you can review and revisit them as often as you like.
